By using the Gemmaza app or gemmaza.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

Content and copyright

All audio content and artwork shown in Gemmaza is owned by the project or published under agreement with the rights holders. The content is available to you for personal listening only.

You may not:

• Download, record, or copy the content by any means outside the app
• Republish, broadcast, or distribute it in any form
• Use it commercially or perform it publicly
• Attempt to bypass any technical content protection

Acceptable use

Don't use the service in any way that harms or disrupts it — such as unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping of content, or reverse-engineering the app.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue any part of it, and we may add or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The date at the top shows the last update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
