In short: Gemmaza doesn't collect personal data, doesn't track you, and doesn't send anything to third parties. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
Data that stays on your device
The app saves the following in your device's local storage, and it never leaves it:
- Songs and albums you've liked
- Artists and podcasts you follow
- Your settings — audio quality, Wi-Fi-only downloads, and language
- Shuffle and repeat modes
We keep no copy of this data. Delete the app and it's deleted with it.
What we don't do
- No account, email, or phone number required to use the app
- No ads and no ad networks
- No analytics tools and no behavior tracking
- We don't collect your location, contacts, or photos
- We don't sell or share any data with any third party
Permissions
The app asks for one permission only: background audio playback — so listening continues when you lock the screen or switch to another app. This permission has nothing to do with data collection.
Children
The app isn't directed at children under 13, and since we collect no personal data from any user, no children's data is collected.
If anything changes
If we ever add accounts or cloud sync, we'll update this page before the feature ships, and spell out exactly what would be collected and why. The date at the top always shows the last time this page changed.
